Wisconsin DI Committees
At Wisconsin Destination Imagination, our work is powered by passionate volunteers who serve on a variety of committees. These committees bring together dedicated individuals with diverse skills and perspectives to guide our programs, support our teams, and strengthen our statewide community. From planning tournaments to growing outreach, each committee plays a vital role in helping us inspire creativity, collaboration, and curiosity in Wisconsin students.

Governance Committee
The Governance Committee oversees the creation, maintenance, and implementation of organizational bylaws and policies.

Budget, Finance, and Giving Committee
The Budget, Finance, and Giving Committee manages the annual budget, tracks financial transactions, conducts financial reporting, and coordinates grants, sponsorship and donation efforts.

Scholarship Committee
The scholarship committee develops and reviews annual scholarship applications, selects recipients, and raises funds to sustain the scholarship program.

Training, Support, & Retention Committee
The Training, Support, & Retention Committee provides training and ongoing support to Team Managers, Alumni, and organizational leaders; focuses on volunteer engagement, leader development, and improving year-to-year retention.

Growth and Promotion Committee
The Growth & Promotion Committee leads outreach and recruitment strategies, supports DEI and accessibility initiatives, and explores opportunities for organizational development and promotion.

Affiliate Tournament Planning Committee
The Affiliate Tournament Planning Committee coordinates all aspects of the Affiliate Tournament.
