In-Person Team Manager Training

Join us for an in-person, interactive training session for managers of Destination Imagination teams!
Saturday, Nov. 8, 8:30 am – noon
Wauwatosa East High School library (second floor)
7500 Milwaukee Ave., Wauwatosa WI (enter from 74th Street)
We’ll discuss: planning and conducting team meetings; interference; how to help your team make decisions, negotiate conflict, and manage their time; how to make the best use of the DI Roadmap and other resources available to you; and more.
There will be a special breakout session just for managers of Rising Stars (early learners) teams. If you are in your first or second year as a DI team manager, or if you could use a refresher, this training session is for you.
Pre-registration is preferred, although walk-ins are welcome.
