Advancement to the Wisconsin Affiliate Tournament from the South Central Regional Tournament: the top 3 teams in each Challenge and level will qualify to compete at the Wisconsin Affiliate Tournament on April 11, 2026, at Sun Prairie West High School in Sun Prairie.
